We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – Join the KingsRock Team
Are you great with numbers, have a solid understanding of construction, and thrive in a collaborative team? We’re KingsRock — a family-run group of construction SMEs based in Hastings — and we’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join us.
About the Role:
- Location: Within 1 hour’s drive of Hastings (some hybrid flexibility possible)
- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Start date: As soon as the right person is found
The Role Involves:
- Managing project budgets, cost forecasts, and valuations
- Preparing accurate reports and financial updates
- Supporting project and site teams with cost management
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Identifying commercial risks and working to mitigate them
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has solid experience in construction (site, admin, estimating, buying, or similar roles)
- Is confident with maths and data
- Communicates clearly and works well in a team
- Is highly organised, with good attention to detail
- Shares our values of honesty, sustainability, and excellence
- Wants to grow with a supportive and ambitious business
Formal qualifications are welcome, but not essential — if you’ve got the experience and transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you.
